HYROX specific sessions are led under the direction of an Experienced Certified HYROX Performance Coach and utilize official HYROX equipment, focusing on building cardiovascular endurance, strength, and power all the while emphasizing correct and efficient techniques to get participants to that finish line!

Perhaps you're the independent type and just need a place to train. Blitz45 offers a less crowded option with access to equipment such as rowergs, skiergs, sleds, sandbags, battle ropes, bikes, kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells and more. Also, perfect for those looking to train for HYROX events on your own. If you're looking for guided workout plans, we can accommodate that as well with a selection of 4, 8 & 12 week programs.
