MY JOURNEY
My journey into health began as a personal mission—to help me regain energy, strength, and increased cardiovascular endurance. I realized sustainable improvements for women and men over 40 isn’t about restrictive diets or punishing workouts. It’s about balance, nourishment, consistency, and reclaiming control.
MY APPROACH
What sets Blitz45 apart is the 2 tier approach offering 45-minute Full-Body Strength and Conditioning, Instructor-led sessions tailored to the individual looking to tone up and lose weight including Nutrional Guidance.
And, we are an Official HYROX Training Club to prepare those looking to compete or just take their training to a new level.


Doug is a certified master trainer by the NFPT and a certified HYROX Performance Coach. On his own time, Doug has competed in SIX different Hyrox events and has completed an IronMan. He enjoys challenging himself and challenging others to reach their personal summit of success.
Doug is also now a published author!

Heather is a certified personal trainer dedicated to helping you unlock your potential and achieve your personal fitness goals! With certificates from the National Federation of Personal Trainers (NFPT) and HYROX Ready, she has over three years of experience working with diverse clients from beginners to seasoned athletes.

Abby is a registered nurse with a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and is also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. She is passionate about helping othes achieve sustainable health from the inside out. Abby uses a unique approach of clinical knowledge, practical fitness, and nutrition strategies to support performance, recovery, and long time wellness.
