My Journey

My journey into health began as a personal mission—to help me regain energy, strength, and increased cardiovascular endurance. I realized sustainable improvements for women and men over 40 isn’t about restrictive diets or punishing workouts. It’s about balance, nourishment, consistency, and reclaiming control.

What sets Blitz45 apart is the 2 tier approach offering 45-minute Full-Body Strength and Conditioning, Instructor-led sessions tailored to the individual looking to tone up and lose weight including Nutrional Guidance.

How Do I Join and Get Started?

When Should I Expect to See Results?

The key to see results is consistency and commitment over time so that’s why we recommend 3 sessions per week as a start. Sign up today!

Do I Need to Already Be Fit To Join?

Nope! Most of our members start just like you. We assess each new member's fitness level.

How Many Days Per Week Should I Attend?

If you’re a beginner and just starting out then 2-4 times per week will be enough to see results and allow you to adjust.

What Should I Expect in a Session?

Each class is 45 minutes (except for the Saturday 6:00am extended HYROX) and led by qualified coaches. We always start together with a warm-up designed to activate the muscles being used in the workout.

The coach will brief the group on the workout, the movements, and the proper form. During the workout, the coach will be guiding and providing instruction.

At the end of class, you'll have time to cool down to accelerate recovery and reduce potential injury.
